1. Review every local BBQ joint in GR. Where to begin? Might need some volunteers.
2. Bring an artisan steak tasting event to Grand Rapids. All ready in conversation with Carrie Oliver!
3. Finally introduce a specially designed Grilladelic product line. Details to be unveiled in the next three months. Working with my friends from Ambrose.
5. Provide more information, clarification and education on the differences between feedlot and grass-fed beef. This can be a confusing, politically charged conversation. I just want to grill great meat.
6. Continue to spread the joy of cooking over an open fire.
7. Teach more BBQ classes.

10. Continue to support and promote local butchers and meat markets.
